Fit in den Frühling: 5 Typen, die man in jedem Fitnesscenter antrifft

Nein, ich spreche hier nicht von bestimmten Kerlen, sondern gewissen Arten von Menschen, die euch mit Sicherheit auch bekannt vorkommen. Ich beschränke mich dabei sogar ausschließlich auf Frauen – mit ihnen gibt es für mich im Fitnesscenter einfach mehr Kontaktpunkte.

1. Die Kurs-Streberin:

Dieser Typ Frau ist in sämtlichen Kursen anzutreffen – angefangen von Yoga, über Zumba bis hin zum Bootcamp-ähnlichen Workout. Dabei steht sie immer in der ersten Reihe, ist top motiviert und führt alle Übungen so korrekt aus, dass sie wohl ohne Probleme die Kursleitung übernehmen könnte. Natürlich fehlt sie in keiner Stunde und ich komme mir durch sie wie der tollpatschigste Mensch ever vor.

2. Die Prinzessin:

Sie sieht stets aus, wie aus dem Ei gepellt. Trainieren ohne Make-up? Undenkbar. Auch Haare und Outfit müssen perfekt sitzen. Vor allem ersteres ist für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Zum einen muss man doch nicht in jeder Situation perfekt aussehen und überdies ist Sport mit Make-up ein Alptraum für die Haut. Halloooo Pickel! 😉

3. Die Nudistin:

Es gibt Frauen, die laufen eine gefühlte Eeeewigkeit nackt in der Umkleidekabine herum. Warum? Keine Ahnung? Sie unterhalten sich auch gerne splitterfasernackt, sodass selbst ich als Frau Probleme habe, mich auf’s Gespräch und nicht auf ihre Brüste zu konzentrieren. Das Föhnen der Haare wird natürlich ebenfalls nicht in Unterwäsche – das wäre ja noch nachvollziehbar – sondern nackt erledigt.

4. Die Camperin:

Davon gibt es nicht so viele, aber auch sie sind mir schon untergekommen. Diese Frauen haben ein fixes Kästchen in der Umkleidekabine und darin wird das halbe Badezimmer gebunkert. Sprich, im Kästchen befindet sich eine Kiste, voll mit Beauty-Utensilien – von der Tagescreme, über Haarspray, Haarklammern bis hin zum Lockenstab ist alles da.

5. Die Clique:

Sie kommen und gehen stets im Rudel. Allein ins Fitnesscenter? Keine Chance! Ob zum Pilates-Kurs oder zum Schwitzen am Crosstrainer – trainiert wird immer gemeinsam.

Egal ob ihr euch in einer der Klassifizierungen wiederfindet oder nicht – letztlich zählt nur, dass man selbst Spaß an der Bewegung hat. Alles andere ist doch egal, so lange man mit seinem Verhalten niemanden stört. Und das tun die 5 genannten Typen im Grunde ja nicht.
